The Lodge Chicken coop is an ideal home for 4-6 chicken.

We construct all of our coops with Fir wood. Which we have found holds up best in multiple climates. 

Coops are stained with an animal safe water based stain.

Spacious inner house together with the fenced in area allows your chickens to go for a walk upstairs and downstairs.

Features a double nesting box and a lid for easy egg retrieval.

Asphalt roofing on both the house and run to provide protection from the elements. 
3/8" galvanized hardware cloth. 
Predator safe. 

The Lodge Coop takes about 1.5 hours to put together and comes with easy step by step instructions.

Lovely Coop

This coop was easy to put together and the instructions were solid. Can't wait to bring our girls into this later this spring. We are taking some time to get the coop level at this site, ensure the wood doesn't come in contact with the ground, and do some work to prevent burrowing of other critters into the run.

Really Nice Looking

The Lodge is a really nice look coop, pieces fit easily and well together, nothing arrived broken or damaged. The roof is covered with asphalt and provides really good protection for my hens. I do free range I know people give mixed information about that but I'm up in the Oregon in the west hills and even with predators so far haven't had any issues at all. Hens go up into their house as soon as it starts to get dark, one day soon I hope to install an auto door.

Christmas Gift

My wife is going to be so surprised. 2 years ago my neighbor purchased the red Farmhouse from Urban Northern and ever since my wife has been asking for a coop and hens. I took the leap for Christmas and purchased the Lodge model. It's been a task to hide this project to keep it a surprise.
Went together easily and seems the perfect size for 4 hens which is what we are starting off with.
Can't wait, thank you Urban Northern.

I feel like we looked at many options before deciding to go with an Urban Northern Coop. We are just starting out and have 3 Favevrolle hens. The Lodge is sturdy and well designed. It went together much more quickly than I expected. My husband is quite handy hardly needed my help. Would recommend the Lodge to anyone who is new to keeping hens.
